Suicide: By the Numbers

This is the first of three episodes about suicide. This episode I’m going to share a little about suicide statistics, and some thoughts on why I think suicide rates have risen over the last 20 years.

The sun is the best natural source of Vitamin D, the amount of sun we get has a more significant impact on our moods than rain, temperature, or any other environmental factor, and it may even help you sleep better at night. And who doesn’t need an excuse to get up and go outside in the middle of the day?

The road towards mental health has been a long one for me. Join me as I share my journey and learn why talking about mental health is important to me.
